Can you just imagine all the fuss there would be if two countries got together and decided to invade Britain, on the pretext that it possessed weapons of mass destruction? (Of course, Britain does possess such weapons, but purely for peaceful purposes).
Anyway, after British towns and cities had been bombarded with cruise missiles, the infrastructure destroyed, the economy wrecked for decades, perhaps for ever, it's Prime Minister executed, and the small matter of tens of thousands of innocent civilians slaughtered, the two men responsible for all the carnage walked away and told Britain it was for it's own good. Well, that's alright, then.
